With direct deposit, your pay is electronically deposited directly into your chequing or savings account.
To sign up, log on to myDetails and enrol or complete the Authorization for Direct Deposit of Pay and give the completed form to your Kelly representative along with a void cheque. To later make changes to your enrolment (e.g., update your account information) log on to myDetails.
- If it has been less than 8 months since you last worked for Kelly, your direct deposit is active. If you are unsure, call the employee service centre at 866-535-5948.
- If it has been more than 8 months since you last worked for Kelly and your direct deposit information has not changed, call the employee service centre at 866-535-5948 to reactivate.
- If you were paid by cheque and still wish to be paid by cheque, no changes are needed.
This process may take up to 10 business days once the completed form and your banking information has been provided to Kelly either by myDetails or through your Kelly Representative. If there is no chequing service associated with your account, you can attach your bank-stamped account information.
If you have questions about your Federal or Provincial tax credits, contact your Kelly Representative. You can view your current tax credits by logging in to myDetails. To change your tax credits, complete a new TD-1 form and provide it to your Kelly Representative.
Kelly ePaystub (Electronic Paystub)
